In my late 20s, I began experimenting with a 52-card deck that came as an unexpected "gift" with a purchase. It was from a bottle of Hendrick’s gin, and I still have the deck to this day.

What started with curiosity about the illustrations on the deck soon grew into an exploration of Cartomancy and Tarot. The desire to understand the meaning behind each card, paired with the insights they provided, sparked a deeper interest in the art.

After the passing of my father, I received messages from the cards that were so accurate, they couldn't simply be explained as coincidence. The following year, while tubing down the Chattahoochee River for a friend's birthday (a local tradition for those who know), I unexpectedly reconnected with a distant relative I hadn’t seen in 20 years. As it turned out, his sister was also a Tarot reader. When we caught up, it felt as though no time had passed, and we quickly realized how similarly we had viewed our life experiences. She introduced me to India Leigh, whose guidance helped me overcome my fear of reading cards for others.

Fast forward to January 2025, when the Kismet Tarot website was officially launched. Thank you for tuning in—this space is open to everyone.
